We have a 7-day return/refund policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
We currently do not accept international returns* (returns from outside Taiwan).
We currently do not accept exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@juzi-tree.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. We will refund the amount of your order minus return shipping charges. It may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
